At Bievo, we value your privacy. Please review this Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect and how we use that information. If you have any additional questions after reading this information, please contact us at support@mybievo.com.

We collect your information in the following ways:

1.       Registration

When you create an account with us, you provide us with information about you and your family (including your name, email address, password, and other personally identifiable information) that we use to offer you a personalized, relevant user experience. We may also ask you for your credit card details if you purchase certain Bievo services.

2.       Account Content

To take full advantage of the features offered by Bievo, you may choose to provide us with additional personal information about you and your family after you create an account. This includes calendar entries, contacts, family information, and other similar information. You may also provide information about yourself when you use Bievo's services (for example, if you choose to send family messages, email community members, or post announcements to a community).

3.       Calendars and Other Services that Sync with Bievo

We collect information when you sync non-Bievo content (including your contacts and third party calendars) with your account. Depending on the application, you may be required to input a user name and password for another website or application. Bievo may need to keep this information stored in a database for regular syncing with other applications.

4.       Customer Service and Support

When you contact our customer support service, we collect information that helps us categorize your question, respond to it, and, if applicable, investigate any breach of our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy. We also use this information to track potential problems and trends and to customize our support responses to better serve you.

5.       Account Activity, Cookies, and Web Beacons

Like most websites, we use technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about your account activity and use of the services (including the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take while using Bievo). Cookies are used for your convenience and do not contain sensitive or personally identifiable information.

1.       Improving and Customizing Services

In addition to providing you with the services that you requested, we collect and use your information to improve Bievo's offerings and services. These uses include providing you with more effective customer service, making offerings easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information, performing research and analysis aimed at improving our services, and displaying content that is customized to your interests and preferences.

2.       Communications

We may use your information to communicate with you through email, messages to your Bievo account, mobile text messages, and push notifications. We may send certain service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. We may also send you promotional information to inform you of other Bievo offerings and promotions.

3.       Sharing Your Information

We will share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Bievo only with your consent, or if we have a good faith believe that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonable necessary to: (a) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforcement governmental request; (b) enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of Bievo, our users, or the public. We provider personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Except as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties who are not our partners or service providers unless we have your consent.

4.       Information You Share With Other Users

Bievo's features enable you to share information with or send communication to other users (for example, if you share your calendar with or email your agenda to family members or friends).
